Located at the Royal Sonesta Hotel in Cambridge a short walk from Kendall Square, the ArtBar is an award-winning new American restaurant with an atmosphere as tasty as the menu. ArtBar is perhaps best known for a magnificent brunch menu. Summertime favorites include the sumptuous Maine Lobster and Gruyere Omelet and rich French toast, made with cinnamon challah and drizzled with Vermont maple syrup. Another simple pleasure serves up summer on a plate –pancakes topped with fresh strawberries and powdered sugar. For those who prefer the lunch side of the menu, the Chicken Marsala, studded with forest mushrooms, applewood bacon and served atop homemade spaghetti is pure yum.
ArtBar’s desserts are crowd pleasers. Warm Peach Dumplings, served with mascarpone cream and candied lemon peel, is unique. Chocolate lovers won’t want to miss Black Forest Chocolate Fudge Cake served with white and dark chocolate mousse, juicy cherries, and almond nougatine. ArtBar also offers a number of specialty drinks including classics like the Moscow Mule and Corpse Reviver #2 or signature cocktails like the Orange Fizz and Black Fig. There’s plenty of variety available on the non-alcoholic beverage menu, such as house-made Ginger Beer, alcohol-free Sangria brewed with fresh and seasonal fruit, and Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade.
