      <description>Opening of ConstellationCenter&amp;rsquo;s Second Temporary Public Art Installation

	ConstellationCenter is pleased to announce the opening of its second public art installation. The exhibit is located at Athenaeum Street and Kendall Street in Kendall Square. This site will be the future home of ConstellationCenter, a performing arts center combining the highest standards of production and performance excellence, with multiple venues for film, music, opera, dance, and drama.

	&amp;nbsp;The public art installation officially opens on Wednesday, October 12th, 2011 and will remain on the site for approximately six months.

	&amp;nbsp;The following six works by New England artists are for display:

	David Clem, Managing Partner for Lyme Properties:
	As the Managing Partner of Lyme Properties, David Clem oversees all aspects of the company&amp;rsquo;s commercial real estate activities, including the acquisition, development and leasing of first&#45;quality life science and mixed&#45;use properties. In Cambridge, Lyme has developed over 1.5 million square feet of life science space, including 500 Kendall Street, the award winning headquarters of Genzyme, and 200 Sidney Street, the headquarters of Vertex Pharmaceuticals, adjacent to MIT&amp;rsquo;s University Park. Other projects include 270 Albany Street, 320 Bent, 301 Binney, and 675 West Kendall Street. In Boston, Lyme permitted, designed, and developed Center for Life Science Boston, a two phase project comprising 1.2 million square feet that will have research facilities for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Children&amp;rsquo;s Hospital and CBR Institute for Biomedical Research. Lyme had additional life science projects in New Haven, Connecticut and Houston, Texas. All of Lyme&amp;rsquo;s projects are in close proximity to premier educational, research, and medical centers. David Clem is on the Board of Trustees at Berklee College of Music, Massachusetts Eye &amp;amp; Ear Infirmary, and Harvard&#45;MIT Health Sciences and Technology (HST).

	Alfred Vaz, Senior Vice President of Facilities and Operations at Vertex Pharmaceuticals:
	Alfred joined Vertex as a founding employee in 1989. Mr. Vaz is a member of senior management planning for Vertex Operations, which includes corporate real estate, facilities, space planning, engineering, procurement, health &amp;amp; safety, security, travel and general operations to support the company. In addition to the Cambridge facilities, his group also manages Vertex operations at sites in San Diego, CA and Washington, DC as well as international sites in the UK and Canada. Mr. Vaz has 27 years of experience in the biotech industry. He started at Biogen in 1983 where he spent 5 years in the Safety &amp;amp; Laboratory/Facilities Services Group. He also worked for Millipore prior to joining Vertex in 1989. Mr. Vaz holds a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Providence College and a Masters Degree in Public Health / Environmental Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He has served on various boards and committees throughout the years representing the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors.

	Shawn Donovan, Managing Partner and Chief Operations Officer for Berry, a division of Suffolk:
	Shawn joined Berry in 1990 as a project manager assigned to Brigham and Women&amp;rsquo;s Hospital. Nearly 20 years later as Berry&amp;rsquo;s executive vice president, Shawn continues to serve Berry with distinction and provide outstanding leadership on the projects he manages. Rising steadily through the ranks, Shawn was promoted to senior project manager and then vice president within his first seven years at Berry. Five years later, he earned the position of senior vice president and today he serves as executive vice president and chief operations officer, and second in command at Berry. Under his direction, the company experienced significant and steady growth from $30 million in 1990 to approximately $500 million in 2009. Now, as a division of Suffolk Construction Company, revenues exceed $1.5 billion. Shawn continues to oversee many of Berry&amp;rsquo;s research and healthcare clients and has been particularly instrumental to the success of projects for BioMed Realty Trust Inc, Brigham and Women&amp;rsquo;s Hospital, Maine Medical Center, Vertex Pharmaceuticals and Stamford Health System.

	Dan Winny, AIA, MA(Cantab), DipArch, MarchUD, Principal, Winny Architects (formerly with Lyme Properties):
	Danny studied architecture and urban design at the Architectural Association, University of Cambridge, and Harvard University. He has lived and worked in New England for 28 years, focusing primarily on labs and science parks in university towns, and on design and renovation in historic and politically sensitive settings. In the role of planner, architect, or developer, he has been involved with over 7 million square feet of labs and science parks. As Director of Design at Lyme Properties, he helped to develop the concept of the mixed use urban science park, and he selected and managed the design teams for the LEED platinum Genzyme Center and the LEED gold Center for Life Science Boston, among other prominent projects. His design and consulting practice serves the life science and research industry and offers specialist advice to developers, tenants, and design teams.

	Dan O&amp;rsquo;Connell, President and CEO of the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership:
	Dan O&amp;rsquo;Connell is the President and CEO of the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, a public policy group made up of Chief Executive Officers of the largest private employers in Massachusetts. He has worked in federal, quasi&#45;public and private institutions in Boston and Washington, DC. He served as Secretary of Housing and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from 2007 to 2009, and as Chair of the Massachusetts Life Science Center. Dan was a Principal in the Development Services Group at Spaulding &amp;amp; Slye Colliers, where he was in charge of several large&#45;scale permitting and development projects, including: Fan Pier in Boston, North Point in Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, and the Puerto Rico Convention Center District Development in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dan also served as the Executive Director of the Massachusetts Industrial Finance Agency (now MassDevelopment) and as the Director of Planning and Development for the Massachusetts Port Authority.

The alto saxophonist has shared the stage with jazz greats Dee Dee Bridgewater, George Duke, George Garzone, Red Holloway, Terell Stafford, Phil Woods, James Moody, Steve Nelson, Christian McBride, McCoy Tyner, Maceo Parker, Wynton Marsalis, and Mark Whitfield, among others. Her own quartet has performed at the Portland Jazz Festival, Jimmy Mak&#8217;s Jazz Club, Mt. Hood Jazz Festival, and other jazz venues around Portland.&amp;nbsp; In September 2009 she was selected as the new alto saxophonist for the internationally acclaimed big band the Either/Orchestra, occupying the chair previously held by Miguel Zenon and Jaleel Shaw, among others.&amp;nbsp;</description>
